Yoga-Pilates Fusion brings together the best elements of Yoga and Pilates in one enjoyable and supportive class. Combining the core-strengthening and postural benefits of Pilates with the flexibility, balance and relaxation techniques of Yoga, this course helps learners improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Through a series of gentle movements, stretches and strengthening exercises, learners will develop greater mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination and core stability. Breathing and relaxation techniques are also incorporated to support stress management and promote a sense of wellbeing.

This inclusive course is suitable for a range of abilities and experience levels, whether you are new to exercise or looking to build on existing knowledge. Exercises can be adapted to meet individual needs, helping learners progress at their own pace in a welcoming and supportive environment.

There are no formal entry requirements.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
