Palette Knife Oil Painting - Winter Snow Scenes is a stage-by-stage demonstration-based workshop that builds up to a finished snow scene.
Unwind and relax on our Palette Knife Oil Painting - Winter Snow Scenes workshop, the perfect way to pick up some new skills and techniques as you meet people who share your hobbies and interests. During this course you will learn how to: Constructing main shapes using simple drawing techniques; Mix colours; and a variety of palette knife techniques: blocking impasto, lines, scumbling, gradating, etc.

In order to avoid disappointment, it is advisable to enrol at least 2½ weeks prior to the course starting. We will confirm course information two weeks prior to the start date.

Free parking onsite, bus stop outside. Bring own refreshments if needed. No class during half term.

Entry criteria
Some oil painting experience is helpful; however, you are very welcome to join as a beginner.
Fee information
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
Demonstrations, One to one tuition, group discussion.
To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
