Ashmolean MuseumWe will work from objects selected by the tutor from the Ashmolean collection, following several distinct group exercises which we will bring together in our final studies. The idea is that you sketch and develop your drawings using different tools or media in any way that you choose.
You will need to bring your own basic materials to use in the Museum - sketchbook or pad with a hard back, bulldog clip or masking tape and pencils only. Sharpeners must be enclosed or in a plastic bag. Tutor will advise at the first session on soft coloured pencils etc.
Paid parking around the Museum, bus stops near by, cafe on site, free wifi, wheelchair accessible. No session during half terms.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
