Immerse yourself in the transformative world of sound in this experiential workshop designed to explore the ancient and modern practices of sound bathing. This course offers a rich blend of theory and practice, beginning with the history and cultural roots of sound baths, and moving into an exploration of various instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and voice.
Participants will:

· Discover why sound works - exploring the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of sound therapy.

· Learn about the science of vibration and resonance and how it affects the body and mind.

· Experience a hands-on introduction to sound tools and have the opportunity to develop their own mini sound practice.

· Reflect on how sound can support wellbeing, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

The course culminates in a 60-minute immersive sound bath, allowing participants to fully absorb and reflect on the healing potential of sound.

Whether you're new to sound healing or looking to deepen your understanding, this course offers a deeply felt, sensory-rich experience that will leave you relaxed, inspired, and more connected to the power of sound.
