OnlineThis course is particularly suited to those who currently work as a mentor, are interested in becoming a mentor, support others in a professional capacity. Whether you’re looking to enhance your mentoring skills to effectively support colleagues, contribute to a positive workplace culture, or strengthen your leadership capability; this qualification will provide you with the tools and confidence to succeed.
By completing this qualification, you’ll gain the confidence and competence to mentor effectively, fostering growth and development within your workplace.
Please note there is no class during half-term. The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.

Commitment to the Course: Learners are expected to demonstrate a willingness to commit time (around 1 to 3 hours per week) including both online sessions and independent study and effort to complete the course. This includes fulfilling any required assignments, assessments, or practical mentoring hours. The flexible format allows you to fit your learning around your professional responsibilities.
