Health and Safety in building services, principles of electrical science, electrical installation technology, installation of wiring systems and enclosures and understanding how to communicate with others within the building services industry.
Learning takes place through a mix of classroom sessions, hands-on workshop activities, and real-world scenarios.
• Progress onto a Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification• Apply for an electrical apprenticeship with a local employer• Begin working in a trainee role within the construction or facilities sector• This qualification is a stepping stone to becoming a fully qualified electrician.
• A keen interest in electrical work and problem-solving• A positive attitude and willingness to learn in both classroom and workshop environment.
