Come along to our one-term (11 sessions) course for people who would like to learn more about their singing voice in a relaxed small group environment with a very experienced singing educator. Discover the techniques and enhance your well-being and confidence in expressing yourself through your own very individual instrument with material tailored to you.
On this course there will be a refreshed introduction to the singing voice and vocal health with the use of physical, breathing, and vocal exercises to improve your singing experience along with an exploration of your voice and its characteristics and range. Sessions will continue to expand into various aspects of singing such as tone quality, smoothness, register changes, and tuning, working with songs suitable to the students’ style, ability, and experience. This will include a lot of singing together as a group but also will provide opportunities for solo work when appropriate as well as own choices of songs throughout the course.
