Whether cooking for yourself, family or friends, this 10-week course will empower you to make plant-based eating simple and enjoyable. By the end of the course, you will feel confident in preparing wholesome, satisfying plant-based dishes that are as good for your health as they are for the planet.
Over the 10-week course, you will learn to create delicious, nutritious meals using whole plant foods like vegetables, legumes, grains and nuts. The tutor will guide you through the fundamentals of plant-based cooking, from mastering essential cooking techniques to discovering flavour-packed recipes every week. You will have opportunities to explore and create plant-based breakfasts using chia puddings, tofu scrambles and smoothie bowls, protein essentials such as legumes, lentils, tempeh and seitan, comfort foods with a plant-based twist, recipes from around the world, sweets and desserts, cooking with whole grains, sauces and dressings. Each week will include hands-on cooking sessions, ingredient highlights, and practical tips to help you gain confidence in the kitchen.

The cost of ingredients for you to bring each week will be around £20.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
