Simple ingredients, techniques and regional cooking .
This course introduces learners to the fundamental principles of authentic Italian cuisine. Across the sessions, students will explore how high-quality, seasonal ingredients are transformed into balanced, flavoursome dishes using traditional Italian techniques.

The course also explores regional identity in Italian food and the cultural importance of simplicity. Further details of what equipment/ingredients to bring will be provided a week before each session.

Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

Entry criteria
Suitable for beginners and enthusiastic home cooks, this course builds both confidence and technical understanding in Italian cooking.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
The cost of ingredients for you to bring each week will be around £10 - £15. This course includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
