Learn to give an Indian Head Massage to friends and family. In this half-day workshop, you will learn techniques to give a super relaxing yet energising massage to the head, neck and upper back. This massage is given with the recipient in a seated position, fully clothed and without the use of oils so it’s easy to offer it in the home environment.
This half day workshop will cover:

- Brief history of Indian Head Massage- Overview of the anatomy of the head, neck and upper back- Massage techniques for the upper back, neck and head- Exchange a massage and get valuable feedback.

Please bring with you a cushion or pillow.
