Apply for this course
This is a hands-on workshop where you will have the opportunity to mix, knead and shape a variety of doughs.
You will explore the different flours and how to use them according to the type of bread, time and the equipment needed for a good honest loaf.

An ingredients’ list and equipment list will be sent to you at least one week before the session, so that you can get the ingredients necessary.  Free parking onsite, bus stop outside. Bring own refreshments if needed. No class during half term.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
This is a hands-on workshop. The tutor will do demonstrations and provide 1:1 support throughout the workshop. You will be able to work independently and in pairs. The tutor will observe your work and provide feedback. There will also be opportunities for self and peer assessments.  To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
