Learn about honeybee behaviour, hive structure and the roles of the queen, workers and drones. Explore essential beekeeping equipment, seasonal hive management and basic safety. Weather permitting, observe a live hive and see how inspections are carried out. All equipment, including protective suits, will be provided.
