Gosford Hill SchoolTheory: overview of aromatherapy; what essential oils are and how they are produced; ways of using essential oils; benefits and cautions of using essential oils; safe proportions for blending oils; the properties of six essential oils.
Practical: create your own massage oil. Give and receive a back, neck and shoulder massage.
Please bring: two large towels and one small towel and a bottle of water to drink.Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
