Join us for this workshop to make a simple, three course Indian Vegetarian Meal inspired by home cooking and flavours of Northern India.
Learners will prepare a complete Indian vegetarian (Thali) meal, with multiple dishes, develop kitchen confidence and explore flavours and spices of Northern India.

A traditional Indian thali offers a balanced meal with diverse tastes and textures. You will have the opportunity to prepare and take home a Starter, Main Meal and a Sweet Dish.

This workshop includes: Pakoras     Chapati Saag aloo Cucumber raita Dal Sweet dish

You will need to bring your own ingredients/equipment and we will advise beforehand.

Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

What next?
You will be able to attend our Indian Vegetarian courses or other cookery courses and workshops available in Oxfordshire Adult Learning.
Entry criteria
No prior knowledge of Indian cookery required.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
You will need to bring your own ingredients/equipment and we will advise beforehand. This workshop includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
