Learners will have the opportunity to explore and make two (2) snacks in this three (3) hour workshop.
Following demonstrations the learners will have opportunities to taste the food and make their own snacks - Bread Pakoras and Samosas

Free parking onsite, bus stop outside. Bring own refreshments if needed. No class during half term.

Learners can join the Indian vegetarian beginners cookery course or other cookery courses available in OAL.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
The first hour will consist of tutor demonstration of the street food dish, where learners get the opportunity to observe, ask questions and taste. You will then have the opportunity to cook your own dish with guidance and support from the tutor.As this is a non-accredited course, informal methods of assessment will be used. To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
