This course is fully delivered via online learning. It is designed for both managers and team leaders who are newly promoted, or those who are aiming for a managerial position in the near future,

This qualification is highly regarded and has become something of an industry standard for supervisory management, helping to link all aspects of management theory to the student’s workplace, and has been run for many years having been commended by the ILM.

The programme has been developed with ease and flexibility in mind; providing high-level teaching and support and the latest online learning techniques. The programme will give you the skills necessary to gain confidence to undertake future online learning.

What next?
Successful learners can progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or Enrol onto ILM Coaching and mentoring qualifications.
Entry criteria
There are no formal entry requirements for the course. Students are likely to be team leaders, practising or aspiring managers and have access to their organisational data but please speak to us if you are not in this position as you may still be able to complete the course.

The course is delivered online and you need to be competent using MS Office.

Students will be sent course information by the tutor before the course starts and will have the opportunity to discuss online study and to ask any questions. Students must be aged 19 or over.

IELTS 6.0 (with 6.0 in reading and writing, 5.5 in listening and speaking).
