Successful learners can progress to the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or Enrol onto ILM Coaching and mentoring qualifications.

There are no formal entry requirements for the course. Students are likely to be team leaders, practising or aspiring managers and have access to their organisational data but please speak to us if you are not in this position as you may still be able to complete the course.The course is delivered online and you need to be competent using MS Office.Students will be sent course information by the tutor before the course starts and will have the opportunity to discuss online study and to ask any questions. Students must be aged 19 or over.IELTS 6.0 (with 6.0 in reading and writing, 5.5 in listening and speaking).If you are studying outside the UK, for more details about your specific country entry requirements, translated information and local representatives who can help you to apply, please have a look at our country specific information pages. There are copies of core texts available in the library, but students may wish to purchase their own.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
