This is the follow-on course from your Intermediate B course where you will continue to work on and improve your conversational skills as well as your understanding of dialogues and texts. The main aim of the course is to enable you to make yourself understood in a range of increasingly unpredictable everyday situations and to be able to participate in a conversation with another speaker of this language.

During this course you will work to improve your listening skills, develop a deeper understanding of grammatical structures, expand your vocabulary and increase your confidence in using the language in situations such as: • Talk about cultural events (concerts, shows, etc) and extract information about them from different sources (leaflets, radio etc)

• Talk about obligations at the work environment or at home

• Talk about possibility and probability

• Express and ask for personal opinions (eg. talk about a film, travel destinations and tv programmes)

Entry criteria
This course is designed for students who have completed the second part of the Intermediate level (Intermediate B) or who studied Greek for almost three academic years and can use accurately a variety of tenses to talk about present, past and future events. The standard approximates to Level A2 in terms of the Common European Framework.
