Discover the art of glass fusing and slumping while creating your own colourful fused glass mosaic.
This hands-on workshop introduces you to the exciting techniques of glass fusing and slumping, giving you the chance to experiment with mosaic design using glass. You will learn how to inlay small pieces of glass to form a unique picture, then grout your design with glass powders to create an intricate and vibrant glass ‘painting’.

Once complete, your mosaic will be fused together in the kiln. You can choose to keep your finished piece as a decorative wall panel or have it undergo a second firing to create a shallow slumped platter. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new creative skills while producing a one-of-a-kind artwork to take home.

Would you like me to make this description align in tone and structure with the Kiln Formed Glass course I helped you refine earlier, so they feel consistent as part of a series?

What next?
Learners will have the opportunity to enroll on further glass fusing workshops so as to extend their skills and knowledge of kiln formed glass.
