This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore the spices and the luxurious ingredients that makes an Italian Christmas.
You will be able to make these delicious edible gifts:

Neapolitan Chocolate Torrone, Biscotti, and Mostarda di Mantova. An ingredients list and equipment list will be sent to you at least one week before the session, so that you can get the ingredients necessary.

Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. The school have a Nut-Free Policy - no foods containing nuts.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
You will need to provide your own ingredients. This workshop includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
