This workshop will give you the opportunity to explore the spices and the luxurious ingredients that makes an Italian Christmas.
You will be able to make these delicious edible gifts;

Neapolitan Chocolate Torrone, Biscotti, and Mostarda di Mantova. An ingredients’ list and equipment list will be sent to you at least one week before the session, so that you can get the ingredients necessary.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
This is a hands-on workshop. The tutor will do demonstrations and provide 1:1 support throughout the workshop. You will be able to work independently and in pairs. The tutor will observe your work and provide feedback. There will also be opportunities for self and peer assessments.
To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
