Common Leys FarmThe course aims to give you a better understanding of dog behaviour; from innate behaviours that have come from evolution and selective breeding to those behaviours that our four legged friends have picked up from conscious training or as a side effect of living with humans. The course will be a mixture of practical and theory sessions. The practical sessions will involve dog training demonstrations with the opportunity for you to have a go.
If you own a dog, there may be the opportunity to bring them along to a session to put some of the techniques you have learnt into practice.
Canine body language and how it can be influenced by human body language.
Training methods and theories.
Behavioural problems.
