Abingdon CampusThe course covers the use of all the main controls of your camera and how to use shutter speeds and apertures, as well as ISO. An understanding of composition through use of camera controls and light is developed by reviews of your own pictures. Notes covering the content of each session are emailed out so you can build up a complete reference of everything covered.
The course includes two practical sessions to practice and consolidate classroom skills. Both sessions are held on a week-end in central Oxford. The photo-walks will cover up to two miles at a very leisurely pace.
Please note there are no classes during half term.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
