Feeling anxious, stressed, or exhausted? Mindfulness blends ancient wisdom with neuroscience to help you feel calmer, kinder to yourself, and more in control — especially in tough times.
On this course you will learn how to cope with worry and over-thinking by anchoring yourself in the present moment. You’ll come away with practical tools to use in everyday life and a way of relating to yourself which feels a little kinder and gentler.

• Simple mindfulness practises to help you stay present

• Learn the benefits of mindful self-compassion

• Everyday mindfulness you can do anywhere

• Learn to develop a gentler, kinder way of relating to yourself

"Please note there is no class on 28/05/2026.The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes."
