OnlineSome religious concepts from Far Eastern culture will be illustrated although Asian religion is not the foci. The course infers the tradition of eudaimonia from a variety of angles, with simple experimental exercises:
• Listening Skills – communicate with our body/feelings (simple hand reflexology)
• Life Cycle – reflection on who we are and birth story (simple breathing technique)
• Zen Concept – an invitation to the simple life and eastern diet (simple healthy snack idea)
• Feng Shui Concept – finding energy forces from surrounding environment (adding Feng Shui touch by your entrance)
• Chi Energy – Life energy runs our body (simple chi exercise)
By participating in this course participants will have the opportunity to:
• Identify different experimental exercises influenced by Far Eastern philosophies
• Explore different approaches to wellbeing through various Asian traditions
• Participate in simple meditation techniques
The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.
