It is common to associate crafts with little children and paper, scissors, and glue sticks. Crafts, however, are perfect for people of all ages. As a matter of fact, it can help us relax, de-stress, and even boost our mood. Crafting can also relieve stress and anxiety by engaging our brain-hand coordination.
The purpose of this course is to promote a fun way to unwind, as well as something beautiful that you can use at home. Among the crafts we will be making are pressed flower bookmarks, braided coasters, heart string art, and small trinket boxes. In order to be eco-conscious, we recycle unwanted wrapping papers, fabrics, and ribbons for crafting, so that you do not need to purchase new materials.

The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.
