Cheney SchoolThis 10 week program will gradually build your skills from basic dough techniques to mastering a variety of sweet and savoury pastries. You will explore; essential ingredients and tools for pie and pastry baking, different dough's such as shortcrust, pate brisee and flaky pastry, sweet pies and tarts, savoury pies and pastries, puff pastry and Danish, hand pies empanadas and classic and modern pie creations. Throughout the course you will receive hands-on experience, along with expert tips and tricks for perfecting each dish.
Free parking. No refreshments available at venue, please bring with you. No class during half term.
As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
