A visual and tasty feast of fresh and flavoursome dishes with vibrant colours and coastal culinary traditions.
This workshop aims to introduce learners to Mediterranean style salads and appetizers, and guide learners through hands‑on practice to explore techniques, ingredients and cultural stories that make Mediterranean salads appealing and satisfying.
The foundational flavour principles of Mediterranean cuisine, preparation techniques for fresh herbs and vegetables, how to create and maintain balance in dressings, plating and presentation, as well as cultural context and traditions.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
