For practitioners who lead the internal quality assurance process within a centre/organisation and have a responsibility for managing the quality of the assessment process, practice and the performance of assessors. They may also develop systems and lead on visits from outside agencies such as awarding organisations.
This course is roll on roll off and you can start at any time. We expect you to complete your qualification within 6 months of enrolment. Delivery will be via a mixture of online and in person with observations taking place at your place of work.
Assessment will be by written work, professional discussion, observation of carrying out quality assurance, witness testimony, self-reflection and work products.

Higher level teaching qualifications (DIT)
Entry criteria
Practitioners will need to be qualified/experienced in a vocational area and meet the requirements for quality assurance as specified by the assessment strategy of their vocational area qualification. A good level of English is required, normally to GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
