Assessing Vocational Achievement Level 3

Unit 301 Understanding the principles and practices of assessment
Unit 302 Assess occupational competence in the work environment
Unit 303 Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding

Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Qualifications

Learners will need to have a good standard of written and verbal communication skills (to at least GCSE level grade C/4). Learners need to be currently working with students who are working towards vocational qualifications in order to fulfill the criteria.
Practitioners will need to be qualified/experienced in a vocational area and meet the requirements for assessment as specified by the assessment strategy of their vocational area qualification. This is usually a level 3 qualification and relevant experience.
An interview is required.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
