This canine first aid course is perfect for dog owners, pet sitters, dog groomers and dog walkers who want to be prepared should a pet need emergency first aid or treatment for minor injuries.
The course covers a number of commonly faced emergencies and minor injuries; for example - how to treat an injury, CPR, bandaging, allergic reactions, stings, poisoning, choking, and seizures. The day will include both practical and theoretical elements. The course is taught by an animal welfare lecturer and takes place at our farm campus with access to the canine facilities including a grooming room and kennels.
