Online- Understand the role and responsibilities of a volunteer in an English language learning setting
- Explore ways to support learners with speaking, listening, reading and writing
- Learn strategies for supporting individuals and small groups in the classroom
- Develop communication skills and confidence working with diverse learners
- Gain an understanding of safeguarding, boundaries and professional behaviour
There will be no class during half-term.
The course will be held online using Teams and your tutor will email you calendar invites prior to classes.
Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.
