Art for Relaxation is an inviting course designed to help you relax, recharge, and tap into your creativity.
You’ll experiment with Zentangle®‑style patterns for focus and stillness, intuitive drawing to express mood and movement, and simple embossing to create elegant textures. Colour play and mixed‑media elements are woven in to allow for gentle experimentation.

This course is perfect for anyone looking to build confidence, connect with others, and experience art as a positive, restorative part of their week.

There will be no class during half-term.Parking is available on Campus. Should the car park be full please use Marriotts Walk or Woodford Way car parks which are a few minutes' walk away.Please report to Reception on arrival. A photo-id will be issued for you to wear when attending classes.Vending machines are available.

Entry criteria
All welcome.

Please note - you should be 19 years old or over at 31st August 2026 prior to starting the course.

Fee information
All materials will be supplied. This course includes a material fee that provides essential resources and hands-on demonstrations, empowering you to achieve your learning goals and master new skills with confidence.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.
