Art for Relaxation for Adults offers a calm and friendly space to unwind while discovering the soothing benefits of creative expression.
Each session begins with simple relaxation exercises, such as mindful breathing or light grounding techniques, to help you settle into a peaceful mindset. You’ll then explore gentle, enjoyable art methods including Zentangle® inspired pattern work, intuitive drawing to encourage freedom and flow, and hands‑on embossing to create subtle, textured designs.

The focus is on the enjoyment of the process rather than perfection. By the end of the term, you’ll have gained confidence, learned several relaxing artistic techniques, and discovered new ways to bring creativity and calm into your week.

There will be no class during half-term.Parking is available on Campus. Should the car park be full please use Marriotts Walk or Woodford Way car parks which are a few minutes' walk away. Please report to Reception on arrival. A photo-id will be issued for you to wear when attending classes.Vending machines are available.
