Learn how to make perfect pasta dough using minimal ingredients on our 'All about Fresh Pasta' workshop.
On this course, you can learn how to make pasta dough using flour, eggs and water. You will learn how to roll it by hand or by machine, cut tagliatelle, pappardelle, fettuccine, fill Ravioli and Tortellini; add herbs or spinach and dress it with the freshest pomodorino (small tomatoes) sauce.

An ingredients list and equipment list will be sent to you at least one week before the session, so that you can get the ingredients necessary.
