Join our Air Fryer Cookery Course and discover the magic of healthier, faster cooking! Get ready to unlock the full potential of your Air Fryer and transform your everyday meals into delicious, guilt-free masterpieces. This course will teach you how to make crispy, flavoursome dishes with less oil using your air fryer. You will learn the best techniques for cooking everything from appetisers to desserts, with easy-to-follow recipes and tips for perfecting your Air Fryer skills.
The 10 week course will introduce you to air fryer functions, settings and maintenance. You will learn about temperature control and timings to produce effortless dishes. The course will explore appetisers, snacks, vegetables, sides, breakfast dishes, chicken and poultry, seafood delights, healthy and light meals, beef and pork, air fryer desserts and advanced recipes.

Free parking onsite, bus stop outside. Bring own refreshments if needed. No class during half term.

As part of your course we may organise trips to assist you with your learning. Trips are optional, and you will not be penalised if you choose not to participate.

Learning & method assessment
This is a hands-on course. There will be a short presentation and a demonstration with individual or small group support while you are preparing your mixes, baking and decorating them. Assessment will be through observation, Q&A, self- and peer-assessment of the baked goods.
To track your progress and achievement you will be required to complete a short document.
