Vice Principal for People and Culture
Having set up her own Education Consultancy firm and delivered both local and national contracts for colleges and training providers, Kash joins Abingdon & Witney College as Vice Principal People & Culture.
Kash had nine years working in commercial leadership roles in retail, facilities and insurance industries, before embarking on a career in the education sector. She has a breadth of executive senior leadership experience in FE, HE and Apprenticeships and has worked for one of the largest FE colleges in the UK.
Her strengths lie in creating transformative change in delivery operational models; strategic plans spanning across curriculum, quality, business improvement and project/change framework; to ensure that learners have the best experience whilst attending their chosen career pathway.
Having graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Business, and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Kash is well versed in providing expert advice and knowledge in the FE sector and has over seventeen years’ experience in the education sector, including roles in governance.
Kash is passionate about supporting staff and students at Abingdon & Witney College and hopes her wealth of experience will add value to the team. Her mantra is 'everyone deserves a chance' no matter what their background and or capability.
