Biography
I have a Management Degree and a decade managing large-scale tour programmes across several countries when I worked in the travel industry.
In 2005, I moved into education as a lecturer at Abingdon & Witney College. Since then, I have completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and held various management roles within the education sector.
I am currently Head of Learning and Development at the College, I am deeply passionate about teaching, learning, and assessment and particularly committed to leveraging digital skills and technologies to engage, support, and inspire learners.
Putting students at the core of my work, I strive to create an inclusive learning environment that empowers every individual to reach their full potential.
