The role of a Retrofit Advisor is all about customer service and engagement, making the complex process of retrofit less ominous and more achievable for customers and tenants.

Ideal for corporate housing professionals, retrofit project companies and community advocate groups. This could be your next step if you are developing your career in retrofit and want to be in a client facing role.

The Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Advice course lasts 4-5 days and is ideal for those who want to help and advise clients start their retrofit journey. This could be a great role for you if you are great with people, enjoy providing information, advice, and guidance, can build great rapport through your people and communication skills, and you like creative thinking.

What next?

Depending on experience and other qualifications you may develop further skills as a Retrofit Coordinator or take some of our other skills based courses.

Entry criteria

You must have experience of working in the retrofit industry or a recognised retrofit or construction qualification. Customer service experience is also desirable. An initial interview will be carried out.
