For young people looking to begin a career in construction and the built environment industry, T Levels are a high-quality, work-focused alternative to A Levels, offering new routes to employment, apprenticeships, or further learning.
This T Level will allow you to develop your knowledge and understanding in a broad range of design, surveying and planning for construction disciplines. It will include an industry placement, with a chance to apply your skills and knowledge in a real-life workplace environment.

The T-Level offers learners the best route into industry be that via an apprenticeship or full time work within the design, surveying or planning branch of the construction industry.
Entry criteria
5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including English and Maths OR a pass at Level 2 and English and Maths grade 4 or above.

Learning & method assessment
This course combines both theoretical and practical sessions. You will be assessed in various ways (exams, activities, group work, workshop tasks, photographic and video evidence), with an employer set project to undertake.
