This qualification is designed for learners aged 19+ who want to learn about people practice. Although there are no formal entry requirements, an informal interview will be conducted to ensure that the course is suitable for you. As this is a professional qualification, we recommend that you hold GCSE English and Maths at L2. However, if you do not have these qualifications please contact us for a discussion as it may still be possible for you to join the course. The CIPD has a policy for students where English is not their first language that gives guidance on appropriate English language entry requirements. The policy can be found on the CIPD website https://www.cipd.co.uk/membership/students/qualification-policies.
